God has a dream – for us and our world. A dream of shalom, right-relationship, and abundant life for all of God’s creatures. We become part of what God is doing whenever we pray – both with our words and our lives -- “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Service, evangelism, peace and justice, partnership with God’s people around the globe -- these are all vital and interconnected aspects of God’s work and the church’s call in the world. Committees that give attention to these areas form the Mission Group at Kern Road Mennonite Church.
